This is an exploratory analysis of the influence of various factors on wine quality, using classification and regression tasks.
In particular, we see the effect that the following variables have on the likelihood a wine will have a quality higher than 5 points: ‘residual sugar’, ‘chlorides’, ‘pH’ , ‘alcohol’.
